Convention Fans

These articles will be a way for you to see if there are conventions close to where you live. Of course, there are numerous conventions out there, it can be pretty easy to miss one (especially the small ones). If you know of a convention that isn’t on the list, add a comment with the con’s name, dates, and a website!

I’ve already done one of these postings for conventions in the Central Florida area (my old home town). This entry is dedicated to my new home: Philadelphia. However, since Philly is quite close to other neighboring states, this entry will include non-Philly conventions in the Delaware Valley area as well. So, if you are looking for an anime/comic/gaming/sci-fi/fantasy convention in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Maryland, check out the list of upcoming cons below!

I’ve decided to start a new feature here at Convention Fans. I get a lot of e-mails and questions from people, asking if I know of a convention near them. This will be a way for you to see if there are conventions close by! Periodically, I’ll add a new entry with a list of conventions for a particular geographic area. Of course, there are SO many conventions out there, it can be pretty easy to miss one. If you know of one that isn’t on the list, add a comment with the con’s name, dates, and a website!

To kick off this feature, I’m going to be doing Central Florida, since it was my home for twenty-four years, and there are a ton of cons to choose from.
