Monty Python’s Terry Gilliam Coming to Dragon*con!

Published by dreadpiraterose at 3:16 pm under Convention Info Edit This

Monty Python’s Terry GilliamAs if the guest list for Dragon*con 2009 couldn’t get any bigger, the site recently confirmed that Monty Python’s Terry Gilliam will be attending the convention this year!

Terry is the Python who wrote Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Life of Brian, and The Meaning of Life (my personal favorite MP movie). He is also the one who did the animations for the films as well.

In terms of non-Monty Python works, he directed The Brothers Grimm, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and is directing the 2011 movie The Man Who Killed Don Quixoti.

Terry is joining the likes of Patrick Stewart, Leonard Nimoy, Barry Bostwick, Edward James Olmos, and a slew of other top notch media guests for Dragon*con 2009. If D8C wasn’t going to be a circus before, it’ll certainly be a (flying?) circus now!
