Your Picks for the Top 20 Sexy Male Science Fiction Costumes?
Back in February, I stumbled upon an article called the Top 20 Sexy Science Fiction Costumes. As you may recall, I disagreed with a lot of the choices. But it occurred to me that it wasn’t really fair to just feature the sexiest sci-fi costumes for the ladies, without doing a similar list for the men!
What I want to know is this: what costumes would YOU want to see on this top 20 list?
Now, the original ladies’ list included comic book movie and television costumes. A good argument could be made that they are their own genre and shouldn’t count, but since the original list included them, we will do the same here. (And no animated costumes either, it must be from a live action source!)
You can post a comment with as many suggestions as you like, and you don’t have to give me 20, or even rank them! Just remember: we’re talking about the costume and not the man wearing it! Once there are a good number of suggestions, I’ll compose the final list and post it, and we can all disagree about who should have been #1.

Let’s see, you can tell me which ones count, MIB suits, the movie Spiderman costumes, Star Trek’s Kahn (I’d have to say the TV show jumpsuit and the torn/worn movie attire…and while we are talking Star Trek, Picard in the Borg get-up AND those Andorians rock, but need a sexier outfit, oh and Anikan’s black get-up, Keanu Reeves’ Matrix attire, and Dr. Who in a leather jacket, sorry can’t remember which Dr…the one traveling with Rose. Yeah, I like the dark look mostly.

I don’t know about the costume itself, but there’s always been something about G’Kar from B5 that has always turned my crank…am I weird?
And this may seem too cliche, but the black jumpsuit for Wolverine/Cyclops in the XMen movies.
Would the white track suit count that Ewan MacGregor wears in The Island? Just not sure if that’s enough of a SciFi movie.

I have to second mkissing, actually: while perhaps not the sexiest costume in play, I too have always liked the Narn warrior look.
I’ll throw another one out there: Tim Curry’s floor show get-up, fishnet stockings, boas and all, in the Rocky Horror Picture Show (hey, it’s got transsexual aliens, an audio vibratory physiomolecular transport device, a mansion that doubles as a spaceship, and the Time Warp! It’s sci-fi! LoL!).

Just putting in my vote again for Malcolm Reynolds. Best captain in the ‘verse. Except for maybe Picard, but Picard’s costume wasn’t so hot (I mean really his dress uniform is a DRESS).
Me again! Here’s a tongue-in-cheek “sexy” : the Batman costume as worn by George Clooney, from whichever Batman movie that was: it had nipples, for heaven’s sake!! LMAO!!
