Star Wars Turned Steampunk!

Published by dreadpiraterose at 9:52 pm under Convention Related Edit This

Steampunk C3POThis site was originally posted by Voltaire (yes, that Voltaire) via a MySpace bulletin, so a special thanks to him for alerting me to this in the first place. The website, Sillof’s Workshop, has modified a line of action figures as a reimagined steampunk version of Star Wars. The artist began sketches 2006, actually finished them in 2007, and unveiled them at Customcon XIX. I am completely in awe of this guy’s work.

Here are the galleries: A New Hope, Empire Strike’s Back, and Return of the Jedi.

Kudos to the artist! This is absolutely amazing work! I am especially impressed by the C3P0 (pictured) and R2D2. I cannot even imagine how much hard work much have gone into this!
